Despite mixed reviews, the breakfast options are satisfactory and offer a decent start to the day. the hotel provides basic amenities such as cable TV, room service, and a helpful reception.

The reception process can be time-consuming and inefficient, causing inconvenience to guests.

The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to MG Road. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms also left a lot to be desired.

During my Christmas stay, we appreciated the two complimentary drinks that were offered. the hotel location was great for access to shopping and dining on the main street, making it very convenient. the hotel staff was friendly and there was a nice view of the surrounding city from the hotel windows.

The small-sized rooms were disappointing, and the bathroom doors didn't work well. the room was not properly cleaned, with some unpleasant conditions like fungus growing out of the kettle.
